  2. Democratized leadership is for, of, and by the people. Leadership is no longer just the realm of the elite. Leadership development and leadership resources belong in the hands of all people.
  3. You matter most. It’s easy to lose sight of the fact that there is no such thing as a “system.” The system is just us. It is created by people, run by people and enforced by people — until it’s not. It doesn’t exist outside of the power we give it.
